Road Business Development Representative (North Shore, Montreal)

Account manager

Working under the responsibility of the National Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for representing the assigned territory and will act as the primary point of contact for the company’s major and strategic accounts. He or she will be responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and developing long‑term business relationships with our various partners and influencers.

The Account Manager will contribute directly to the achievement of objectives established jointly with their immediate supervisor, particularly in terms of sales volume, profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction, using an approach focused on customer loyalty and strong field presence.

The territory covered by our future colleague will include the Greater Montréal area and the North Shore of Montréal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory Representation & Client Relationships

  • Maintain a consistent and proactive presence within the assigned territory, focusing on major accounts;
  • Represent the company at events, activities, and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and awareness;
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with retail partners, distributors, showrooms, and key strategic partners;
  • Support sales efforts with plumbing wholesalers and existing distribution networks;
  • Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing tailored support;
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer experience.

Strategy Execution, Internal Coordination & Performance Tracking

  • Implement sales and go‑to‑market strategies developed by the organization;
  • Work closely with internal teams (inside sales, customer service, marketing) to ensure consistent and effective execution;
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and efficient communication between clients and internal teams;
  • Monitor and follow up on existing agreements, commitments, and territory‑specific objectives;
  • Compile and analyze sales and activity data using performance dashboards;
  • Report to the immediate manager through structured performance reviews and follow‑ups;
  • Stay informed on market trends in order to better advise and support clients.
