Account manager

To support the growth of our sales team, Zitta Group is currently seeking an Account Manager for its distribution network and Acryline product line.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, the successful candidate will contribute to the execution of the business plan by promoting the company’s products, while ensuring the development of sales within their territory and increasing the company’s market share.

The territory covered by our future colleague will include the Greater Montreal area, Montreal’s South Shore, Montérégie, Estrie, and Centre-du-Québec.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales with current stakeholders, including plumbing contractors, wholesalers, and real estate developers.
  • Actively prospect and engage plumbing contractors and real estate developers to promote the Acryline product line.
  • Maintain a consistent presence with distributor wholesalers to support and promote the Acryline product range.
  • Conduct regular territory prospecting to drive sales growth within the assigned region.
  • Maximize coverage of both existing and potential customers within the territory.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies defined by the organization.
  • Ensure achievement—and ideally exceedance—of established sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper customer follow-up by preparing visit reports.
  • Demonstrate strong customer engagement and a commitment to full client satisfaction.
  • Promote the company’s visibility through participation in relevant activities and events.
  • Share results and updates through weekly meetings and reports with the direct supervisor.
