Your responsibilities
- Proudly represent the company and provide highly professional, efficient, and responsive customer service
- Answer incoming calls and manage messages received through the general info email inbox Receive customer orders and accurately enter data into the system
- Respond to customer inquiries, guide them through the purchasing process, and act as a reliable point of contact at all times

- Provide pricing and delivery timelines based on inventory levels and production lead times when applicable
- Follow up on customer orders and promptly inform clients of any issues that may affect their orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, specifications, price lists, and ongoing promotions
- Work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Accounting teams and communicate any important information
- Provide support tasks for the Sales, Marketing, and Accounting departments
- Perform any other related tasks to support the team
Required skills and qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma required; DEP or DEC in administration, secretarial studies, or office automation is an asset
- Comfortable with computer systems and proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, basic Excel)
- Experience with SAP Business One is an asset
- Knowledge of the plumbing industry and related products is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
